The GelFlex Wrist significantly reduces scarring at the incision site following carpal tunnel surgery.The contoured polymer gel pad is specially formulated to aid in healing and decrease the skin’s external forces, thereby reducing discomfort associated with hypersensitivity.
A contoured polymer gel pad that is formulated with a medical grade mineral oil which gradually dissipates onto the skin to help reduce scar tissue following carpal tunnel surgery.The gel is clinically proven to be effective in improving the skin’s elasticity while minimizing scarring. The soft gel pad (4½” long) also protects the surgical site from friction, pressure and vibration; ideal for return to work activities.
New plastic palmar stay may be removed to allow for progressive treatment protocol. The Coolflex™ material is extremely comfortable, cool and low profile which enhances patient compliance.
