Competitive Edge Training caters to athletes and non athletes of all ages. There is a large focus and emphasis on creating a comfortable training environment that breeds focused training sessions that are catered to each clients specific sport or lifestyle goals. All clients will receive personal training programs that are firstly focused on enjoyment and improved health with a focus on proper movement patterns, improved mobility, improved stability and balance, increased overall strength and improved overall cardiovascular and muscular health. Competitive Edge specializes in One on One Personal Training, Small Group/Bridal Training and Figure Skating specific off-ice training.
Meet your trainer:
Brooke Robertson is the Owner and Trainer of Competitive Edge Training. Brooke’s passion for fitness started at a young age as she grew up as a Competitive Figure Skater. Along her skating career she had the opportunity to compete at both the Junior National and Senior National level. Following her skating career her love of sports and fitness drew her to the Kinesiology program at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2012 with a B. Sc. in Kin with a minor in Psychology, as well as a Certified Personal Training certificate from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists. Brooke finally achieved her dream of owning her own Training business as Competitive Edge Training opened its doors in 2014. Since opening Competitive Edge has helped hundreds of clients set proper goals, realize their potential and achieve a healthy active and happy lifestyle that is sustainable!
