Dr. Ross Bodnar

Hello, I am Dr. Ross Bodnar. I grew up in Saskatoon and have lived here most of my life. I attended the University of Saskatchewan in the College of Kinesiology from 2009-13 where I was also a member of the Huskie Track and Field team, as well as the Huskies All Academic team during my four years of undergraduate studies. As an athlete I had always found chiropractic care helped me achieve my full potential for performance and well-being throughout my athletic career, and was a large influence in me deciding to follow my career path as a Chiropractor.
At this point I moved to Toronto to attend Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College from 2013 to 2017 to obtain my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Throughout my time in Toronto I also took courses through McMaster University in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, as well as Advanced Sports Performance Acupuncture along with spending countless hours working with force plates to improve my adjusting ability.
I enjoy treating all types of patients from athletes to the elderly and everything in between, with a focus on the joints muscles and nerves. I focus on a mix of manual chiropractic care, where I adjust patients with my hands, guide patients through exercise as 0well as provide acupuncture.
My overall goal with my patients is to work with them to not only help them feel back to normal but help them feel better than before, with manual treatment, rehab, exercises, acupuncture and lifestyle advice when needed.
I hope to get the opportunity to help you achieve your goals of pain reduction, recovery, and positive well-being.
