Jennybelle has been a practicing member of MTAS since 2004 after graduating from the McKay Massage and Hydrotherapy Program.
She specializes in deep tissue and fascial massage and has taken specific training in L.A.S.T. which stands for Ligamentous Articular Strain Techniques. This technique improves function and quality of life by working with the joint structures to influence/change the nervous system to decrease protective mechanisms such as pain and tension.
