Kristi Block

Kristi Block grew up in Dalmeny, SK and then moved to Arkansas when she accepted a full volleyball scholarship to play at the Division 1 level for University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR) in 2008. During her 4 years in Arkansas she obtained an undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Sciences and minored in Biology. After returning to Saskatoon she completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. In the future she plans to obtain a certificate in Acupuncture and a diploma in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative physiotherapy.

Kristi was a personal trainer for 2 years, with extensive experience in strength training and emphasis in power and agility training. She also led several boot camps, one of her favorites being a 70+ years Fitness Group. Kristi loves to coach and has coached club volleyball for 7 years, ranging in ages 12-18. She enjoys spending time with her family, and is still regularly involved in competitive beach and court volleyball. She is a determined, fun-loving and goal oriented person that strives to achieve any challenge set in front of her.
